How this website works
This website presents the company and its services. We do not use our own analytics or advertising tools. Photos and fonts are hosted on our server. Links to maps, Facebook and other websites open external services.
Essential preferences
The cad_language cookie remembers your manually selected language for 180 days. The cad_consent cookie stores your optional media setting and consent version for 180 days. They preserve your preferences without an advertising identifier.
Language selection
On your first visit, the server selects a language based on the country of your IP address using a local IP range database. We do not send your IP address to an external geolocation service. If the country cannot be identified, we use your browser’s language preference. You can change the language in the header.
Optional Facebook media
Facebook players may use cookies and send data, including your IP address and browser information, to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. They are loaded according to your media choice. Without starting them, this website does not connect to the Facebook player.
The rules for this service are described in the Facebook privacy policy and Facebook cookie policy. The service may process data outside the European Economic Area under the terms defined by Meta.
Your choice
You can accept optional media, reject it or change the settings. Withdrawing consent stops and removes embedded players. It does not restrict access to the rest of the website. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
Contact and message data
The form prepares an email in your email app. It does not send the entered data to the website server. After you send the message, the company processes the data to reply, prepare an offer or carry out cooperation, depending on your enquiry.
Technical logs
The server may record technical connection data, such as IP address, time and the requested resource address. This supports security and website operation. Contact the controller for information about the scope and retention period.
Your data rights
Depending on the legal basis and purpose of processing, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, and object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of Poland’s Personal Data Protection Office. Send questions to biuro@cadesigner.eu.
Request for a tailored presentation
The presentation form prepares a message in your email application. Your email address and optional phone number reach us only when you send that message. We use these details to respond to your presentation request and contact you about it. The form does not store contact details in browser storage.
Browser session storage only remembers that the popup has been shown, so it does not reopen as you browse between pages. You can reopen the form at any time using the footer link.
